Ensuring the safety of the employer's place of employment is a necessity. In spite of all precautions taken, accidents do happen. Employees must be instructed about accidents at work and proper conduct in connection with similar situations. Relevant workshops concerning this issue are organized by Personnel Training Centre-ERGON.
The aim of the workshop is to educate employers and employees about their obligations regarding rules observation and to help gaining practical skills relevant to the treatment after accidents occurrence: the circumstances of accident, taking information from victims, prepare the minutes of the accident.
Workshops and training sessions are not only processed by health and safety professionals, but also by elected employees whose effective participation would enrich workshops and training sessions.
