Evaluation of the minimum requirements for machinery

Employers who assign workers to operate equipment-machinery in the workplace, must be sure that they are adequately prepared for the tasks they perform, and yet they do not endanger the safety of operation. Evaluation of machinery minimum requirements must be carried out regularly. It ensures the safe use of the equipment thus ensuring the safety of workers.

The evaluation of machinery minimum requirements regulated by the Regulation of the Minister of Economy, Labor and Social Policy of 04.10.2003, in relation with the essential requirements for machinery and safety elements (Dz.U.03.91.858) and the Regulation of the Minister of Economy of 10.30.2002, the associated with the minimum health and safety in the use of equipment by workers at work (Dz.U.02.191.1596).

Workshops organized by Personnel Training Centre-ERGON prepare participants to properly assess the requirements for machinery, which requires inter alia: the establishment of the evaluation, preparation checklists, review of relevant documentation, the evaluation findings and declaration of conformity.
