In regards to health and safety regulations, all employees are obliged to assist employers in preparing workplaces that meet the requirements of ergonomics. It is necessary to acquire sufficient knowledge about ergonomics and ergonomic evaluation. Personnel Training Centre-ERGON organizes workshops and training sessions to increase employees and employers awareness about the importance of the ergonomics and ergonomics evaluation.
The workshop helps acquiring necessary knowledge about proper ergonomic assessment. Lecturers offer valuable information about the possibility of eliminating the burden of musculoskeletal disorders that may occur. Participants gain knowledge about ergonomics at workplace, the causes of and ways to combat symptoms of musculoskeletal systems.
