The concept of occupational risk is understood as the possibility of risks occurrence at work. Risk assessment is to determine the level of danger in the workplace and identify opportunities to reduce and eliminate any threats.
Both employers and employees should be familiar with the meaning of risk assessment. This means being aware of potential risks - their causes, consequences and ways of prevention and protection. To learn how to conduct an assessment, take advantage of workshops organized and presented by Personnel Training Centre-ERGON. Participants will have the opportunity to learn about all aspects of carrying out risk assessment, from obtaining information necessary to conduct an assessment, hazard identification, risk analysis, ending with the determination of measures for reducing and eliminating occupational risk and the creation of documentation of risk assessment.
