Risk Assessment of psychosocial hazards is carried out based on the PN-N 18002:2011: Safety Management Systems and Occupational Health - General guidance for risk assessment.
Identification and analysis of risks related to working conditions should handle the following topics:
- Requirements (content of work, amount and pace, time, physical conditions),
- Control of work (decision making, employee participation, training),
- Social support (organizational culture),
- Relationships,
- The role and change.
Risk factors are identified and evaluated according to the latest proposals of the WHO: Health Impact of Psychosocial Hazards at Work: An overview, 2010.
The risk level is estimated based on the results of scientific research in psychosomatics, psychology, behavioral health and medicine and the relationship of the results obtained using these two specific tools for risk of developing certain diseases (as published by the WHO).

- Examination of workers in the field of psychosocial work conditions.
- Analysis of results.
